Superstar Rajinikanth's latest flick Kochadaiyaan that was announced a couple of months ago, will reportedly start shooting today. It was officially announced that the film will take place with pooja today at the actor's favourite Pillayar temple located inside the AVM Studios, Vadapalani, Chennai.
The multilingual movie will use 'motion capture', an animation technique used by Steven Spielberg for 'The Adventures of Tin Tin'.
AR Rahman will score the soundtrack as well as the background score. The film is to be directed by Rajini's daughter Soundarya and is written by K. S. Ravikumar.
