Aishwarya was irked when all and sundry started coming up with their own versions of Kolaveri di and tried to cash in on the song's popularity. After it went viral registering endless hits on Youtube, many copycat versions started cropping up all over the internet. Aishwarya decided to do something about the situation as the song belongs to 3, her film with hubby Dhanush and Shruti Haasan.
The copyright for Kolaveri and Kolaveri di has been registered by Aishwarya and now if there is any copyright infringement, she will be able to take legal action.
