Richa's Hindi debut is uncertain for now. The actress was signed up for Shortcut Romeo, to be directed by Susi Ganesan. This film is a remake of the Jeevan-Sonia Agarwal starrer Thiruttupayale.
Sources say, The director is yet to begin the shooting and Richa is said to have declined the offer to star opposite Vijay in Thuppaki as she was set on making her Bollywood debut. But now, the Hindi project is likely to be shelved.
